Stews

Stews are more than just a hardy soup; they make a meal out of leftover food to be reused into a new food source. Traditional Irish stew is made out of lamb, beef, or mutton (mature sheep). Other ingredients include potatoes, carrots, onions and parsley [1]. Add stouts to the ingredients to add extra flavor.
