We created a rating system from topics that we felt were important in every great beer which are: Taste, Aroma, Feel, Appearance, and Overall Impression. We consider the smell of the beer to be important, because, like in food, it's a contributing factor for taste. We define feel as how the beer feels inside your mouth and the after taste it leaves. Impression is what we consider the appearance - is the beer clear or dark, or are there sediments? The Overall Impression is the spot where you can leave your own reviews and comments on any of the beers reviewed by us.
